3. If you get a strange email never be curious, just be bold and delete it.

4. If you get stricken by a virus don't panic run the antivirus programme often these programmes are effective if not try the Microsoft website for help and download their malaware tools. If all else fails call in your local computer engineer or if you are in urgent need of help email the webmaster with what computer you have and which operating system you use then the details of the problem the webmaster will try to find an answer to your problem and give you expert guidance on how to correct your problem.
